The  Process:​
​
  1. Fill out assessment form below (Download, fill out, & send back to my email, etc)   
  2. We will set time to meet & discuss the assessment & goals for the group. 
  3. Choose your option or package.
  4. Set up date(s) & time, & location for Team Building and confirm With half payment.
Brief Outline of Team Building event:
​
  1. Introduce the team to the goals/purpose of activities.   Give rules or guidelines.
  2. Facilitate various initiatives & problem solving activities. 
  3. Take breaks as needed. Discuss any quick problems/concerns
  4. Complete activities and debrief: Discuss & communicate what was experienced, what did each person notice, learn, etc. How to use that information going forward? Decide if further events are needed or wanted!
Survey:
​
After the Team building activites, a short survey may be given to identify if the goals or needs were met. Share how effective faciliation was. And discuss future team building opportunities if purchased in a package.
